No job secure for contractual employee. Without any reason sending letter of disiplinary issue. No proper attendence tracking for on roll employee. But for contractual employee attendence is mandetory. If contractual employee giving correct attendence too.

...l companies which is a major concern as this could be equal to 1 month's salary. No salary review unless resignation. HR policies are unfair to individuals. Regional/company management does not care to enhance HR policies. Tasks over weekends/ holidays without any benefits or comp off.

No camaraderie, one sided policies, no job security. Poor compensation. Stingy outlook of management. Too much politics in everyday affairs. By passing of senior employees by their own team members.Conservative n primitive mindset of management like companies in 80's. No support given in covid times.No complete full n final paid to ppl n even a good proportion from that deducted even after firing workforce.Not employee friendly. No employee freedom given to work. Too much money minded organization n always on a lookout to find opportunity to deduct employee's compensation.

I really like the work culture and support from manager. And they gives us more time to enhance new technology. I have to say one word it's one of the best platform to work-life balance and job security. If they are provide me 50% hike I never ever left the TCS because as per my experience I received very low package and everytime I was felt underpaid.

I didn't receive salary as per my experience.

Job security is good. Even if you perform bad, at max you will be removed from project and placed in a different project

...ues will be followed, but dint even give holiday when he died. Do not join here. Low salary, worst work life balance, worst managers. If you are planning to join. Join at your own risk. Also they have completely work from office policy, if you don't go to office everyday your salary will be deducted, and your promotion will also be cancelled and they give the reason that you are not following company policy. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN
