Work culture is good, your managers will give you free hand to work. Second good thing is job security. Flexible working hours

Promotions are on hold at all levels for 2 years now. Even the top performers with A band not getting promoted and salary hike is 2-4%. All this in the name of difficult market conditions, meanwhile CEO getting near to 30% hike, hypocrisy much? Is TCS management turning away from famed TATA ethics?

Zero dislike except salary of its resources who join it in the beginning and give 5 years of their life

...ary normalisation is not done, there is huge gap in the same designation itself. Salary hike is less than 5% but top level get more hike.
