.... Fake promises by manager and no accountability to honour their commitments 3. Poor salary structure 4. Policies are also very bad, when you dont have project odc in india and project failed to provide seat in nearst tcs office still you need to comply with wfo policy. They wont give you exception. 5. Over mail manager gives assurance to retain person but still won’t honor.

Overall experience is good in this company as learning opportunities are excellent and we can grab certification with free vouchers and work life balance is also good but depends on client too.

Salary and increments are not that good as company brand value.

Good work space to experience in tcs as the company is good if the team members and team lead are good then it's great to work with tcs Thanks to the team that I have been working in tcs

Nothing as it seems to be good culture but regarding salary the increments won't happen immediately but it takes years to build an intrest and earn the increments as per my knowledge

Job security Company presence across the globe is really good If remain in a project there there would be a good chance to get onsite opportunity

Tricky Variable pay. Very lengthy process of approvals even for a very small thing, have to deal with or penetrate through many layers of hierarchy. Unusable banch strength, have interviewed many banch candidates(who were on banch for 2+ years) and believe me they are just shit. Sometimes feel like for a fresher TCS is not at all a good company. Those freshers who got the project can do better but for those who are not part of any ongoing projects are actually ruined and fews are like they not at all want to be in the project. RMG dictatorship, they push the banch people in irrelevant projects, if candidate refused then RMG block their payroll. Have meet few candidates whose payroll actually stuck for 5 to 6 months and never get paid for the blocked duration after getting the projects

Profile upgrade exams like wings1 and wings2 exams.

Dislikes

Work culture, Resource management team, salary hikes. Business formals is mandatory for both male female. But all HR and other people only asks the males about dress code.
