No salary hikes as per market standards, as well as no Pramotion on time. Senior managers play with your emotions. I don't like "chatugiri" but they ask about your colleagues, who is doing what, who is talking about him, and what other team members were talking about him. So I don't like this type of peoples. Result you will get ignored while the time of your pramotion and they were saying you were not reporting me properly as mentioned above. This is all about my experience.

Good for service industry and job stability.Also good learning and career growth

No benifits to join as fresher . Lateral hired will get good salary. Huge difference and discrepancy in salaries of employees at same experience and job level.

No aprisal for latral people. Here team lead are think they are king they don’t do any job they nothing to do with the project. They just want to relax and enjoy there life . They should shame of theire self that they taking salary for doing nothing .

Work culture, job security, onsite opportunities. I dont like the compensation and employee dissatisfaction about salary compared to year of experience.

I dont like the compensation and TCS doesnt worry about financial status of their employee even if associate spend more than 10 years in TCS, he will still let overall package less than year of experience. TCS need to think about this or else, people will not stay in TCS for long.

...et manger approvals for availing. Need to fight for each leave. Micromanagement. Very low salary and increment, delayed promotions, no clarity on promotion and your growth aspects.
