There are few employees taking advantage in the name of TCS, don't even know how to type on keyboard but sitting in manager position. As per TCS policy no one can terminate them but it makes others in pressure.

No salary benifits No health concern addressed No employee respect No promotion No for everything If your are even not well they have fishy so called doctors who are not even graduated 1styr students who evaluate your medical reports and say invalid even if the concern s major . If you lov TCS join when your are above managerial position.

You will have enough time to learn and grow in the organisation. No one push you or put pressure on your growth. Hence you will have ample of time and work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Pay is very less when compare to market condition. You can expect appraisal 6 to 8 only in a year.

TCS is providing importance to the career growth of an employee, training and development programme is always open for all the employee to learn where we need to improve ourself. 100 percent job security comparing to other private organisation. Love to work with TCS always.

Dislikes

TCS does not providing bonus to the employees regularly. Yearly hike can be increased to the employees as the CTC range of the employee is comparatively low.
