It's one of the most terrible companies to work for. They do not give a salary you deserve. People in IT with work experience of 12+ years have under 15 lakhs per annum salary. Company culture is terrible too. They ask you to work on weekends and do not give any compensation for it. Ask you to put in 'n' number of hours without pay. Hopeless. This is all about BE, IT people. In BPS, the situation is horrible as well.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

I likes about the TCS is good work culture, low work pressure, work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn and the most job security.

Dislikes

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Dislikes

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.
