Job security is a big point, and perhaps the only point here that keeps people coming to TCS.

Poor Work-Life balance. Terrible Salary & Benefits. Terrible Promotions / Appraisals. No Skill Development / Learning. Whatever you'll learn in the internal learning portal will be useless outside of the company. Company Culture is shiny on paper but when you soend a month or two you'll realise that no one actually cares about TCS's values. There are also a lot of creeps and pervs in the workplace who arr mostly middle managers. Ultimately Work Satisfaction will be a downward slope and by the end of your 2nd appraisal you'll be frustrated and possibly even depressed. Oh and the notice period is 90 days so they will make sure most other companies won't hire you. This is from my personal experience so if you're thinking of a future here, I hope you can bootlick. Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

Here you can work life balance and learn many things even company providing you multiple learning platform where you upskill your self

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great

TCS is very good organization. A salary increase makes you happy once in year but a healthy culture keep you happy every day.

Not maintain floor culture and management politics. Because of this reason dedicated employee resigned.
