Very less Salary Hikes, and use less Work from office call to employees, where even in office they have to work on their laptops,. So just for using the TCS internet, we are being asked to get back to Office. total waste of time, Money, and also contribution to carbon emmission

Compensation level are below market standard and that should be addresses by the higher management. This would greatly reduce the rate of good employees leaving the organization just for higher compensation.

Every company has its own set of pros and cons, and so does my company too. First of all the brand name itself speaks a lot. Next the technology and security is way too high and updated.

But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account.
