If you are lucky to get a good one, then it's the client you are working for. Nothing good about working for TCS.

...eat everyone with same mindset, that we are workers working for a consultancy. The worst of all, no annual performance bonus (which is usually given outside someone's package) and peanut in the name of annual salary hikes. BEWARE: The Management doesn't think about employees, they just want control and the in-house crowd (i.e. people working with TCS as their first company) are like sheep - very less skilled and very less competitive in nature. They have never been groomed on interpersonal skills while being here. They don't want growth or improvement for themselves or around themselves. They lose their ability to be market ready and hence find it difficult to move out. So, you can imagine yourself working with a voiceless group of team members, making it a good set for the management to control. All this will make it hard for you to expect any improvement in yourself in these conditions.

This company is good for who don't want do any work like government servant but here Salary is less than others company but you will get it monthly basis. If you want to grow then move ahead look other better opportunities in other companies and do you best & hard work they will pay you better.

...o many years in same project. It depends on your manager and project management. Variable pay is mysterious. It depends not based on your performance, depends on entire unit your associated with.

Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

I am C3A here and been 2 years I am not getting my variable pay. Loosing 6LPA and difficult to get promotion.

Nothing. Not even the coffee is of quality. Even there they cut cost.

...e are just bonded labour working for pennies while shareholders earn in dollars. They have maximum operating margin ofcourse at the cost of employee compensation.
