Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company lacks proper opportunity and compensation to hard working employees. Since it's huge in size, people who takes there work for granted can easily hide before people who work hard. Discriminatory politics is integrated in DNA of manager.

Working in TCS has a lot of benefits like work life balance, job security, opportunity for Learning and growth, company culture is also very good and feels the work we are doing is having impact.overall, it is very good company to work and learn.

The only problem is with the salary and appraisal which is not good. The appraisal totally depends on manager and hr and salary hike is also very low otherwise it is a very good company to work and learn.

TCS have great job security and learning. If your are experienced join tcs else get experience and join in case of good salary hike.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary hike its depend not on work based only on exam based. Where people won't get time to prepare or take those exam. And those exam its not fully legitimate. In office mid of city have drawback like zero transportation, poor canteen and vechicle parking issues. In case of my project its good to learn and grow but have bad work life balance because of poor metric in time calculation for tasks.
