...have any quality of work. 2. They encourage the copy paste culture in coding. 3.compensation is really poor. 4. Managers have arbitrary powers and they work in dictatorial manner. 5. HRs merely act like pawn of Manager.

In TCS Security is most priority and environment is good. Food is Good. No work pressure, like government Job

It's the Mindset , every time they are thinking of cost cutting. They don't use Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams...you can understand the label of cost cutting. And CTC and the amount you will receive is different.
