Always pays salary on time

No growth, promotion, learning, or hike. Terrible people who are stubborn and don’t want to change. No benefits from TCS, not even Diwali chocolate/gift. Project owner doesn’t spend a penny on any Diwali, no team lunch, no outing, no nothing. You are just a slave who has to complete 9 hours 5-6 days a week Without expecting anything in return. The work is less, but it makes u comfortable very quickly, I wasted 1.5 yrs here, rather would have worked in a startup instead.

Working here is great and balances life. Perks and compensation has to be self identifiable. Learning is more and challenging in projects, also client location or onsite is something to have like once in a life with TCS. As an employee one can also enjoy the company benefits for lifetime with added tata group shopping.

...d job security are the best things about TCS, luckily I got good management too. Pay scale is little less but leave policy is very good.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.

Everything is worst at TCS.
