...ich can extend to 12-13 hours. No Indian holiday if working in foreign projects. No salary hike.

TCS is a very good company for IT workers but for finance it's just a company who pay you to work. Finance associate don't have facility like IT sector employees in asame company. Huge difference between both

Appraisal and Promotion was not good at all. Higher management don't appreciate their workers to work hard

Nothing I would say. No work pressure. Not a good organisation for freshers. A fantastic organisation after the age of 45 Years.

...d population of employees are 10 + Years in this organisation and doing nothing. Enjoy the salary and poor yearly increment.

Job security is topmost, ethically driven company, work culture is good with good work life balance.

Dislikes

If you are fresher, don't come in tcs, major benefits start from band 3, minimum things are given to band 0,1,2 people. Join tcs when you have a package of atleast 10L then only you'll get have full job experience and join on band 4 or above.

Salary get credited on time and job security.

Dislikes

There is no value for the people who are working in lower level there is monopoly of HR and management. At the time of appraisal they will give you nothing the company is not for a fresher specially not for the non technical work.
