... to skill of person...They are following person based on BGV. I hated this Rule. Salary growth also very less. We can't go to TCS, when you came out from TCS..This is not Correct...

...gh security. If you came out from TCS, you can't go to TCS in your entire Life. The salary growth is very less. They are not giving importance person skills and they are blindly going on BGV.

I have joined as a fresher-ILP in TCS and now its been 3.5 years. I have been in two projects till now and made a good friends here. There is nothing special to mention in particular. It is just like a school.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The very first thing is salary, you won't get paid much nor the promotions or hike. As a sap basis guy, manytimes you should work for extra hours and weekends, And don't be in some internal project for long, your future will be ruined. Sometimes, ill get a feel like an oldage home where every one around is a lot experienced and they call u `bruh`. Good company for experienced not for juniors.

There is no benefit n compensation what so ever. Your Initial salary will be your final Salary. No increment at all even if company does exceptionally well.
