Good company to work with job security.. It all depends on the account mgmt and how they handle it.... Will get leave when ask but again responsibility lies to manage work when away as there is no backup except emergency cases....

Compensation is average 5% for slogging 12hrs a day, . Stop treating client as super God... Reward hard work not buckets... Gem points are as rare as real gems... Please bring back the real tata culture....
