Salary for existing employees are the worst. Promotions are very slow. Increment percentage are next to none. Employee satisfaction is zero.

More favoritsm or partiality been shown at leadership level which curbs the growth of an individual also compensation and increments is not fair enough compared with other companies

Appraisal, promotions no hoke, salary structure, no scope to increase salary apart from wings 1 which even doesnot have proper course curriculum, working hours, no work from home option, no employee incentives no bonuses no hr initiative

Every thing is good but Salary for freshers is worst and that too with worst promotion. If you are coming from different company with 3 to 5 years of experience than it is good. Also Shift timing in many projects changes every week which badly effect your health.

... life balance 10 hrs shift. compulsory 5 days office attendance no hybrid model. salary and hikes are peanuts. Will suggest if you are a fresher or nelow 35 to not come here once you're in a management role then tcs is good for retirement
