... really good. Also, the job security is much better than any other organisation. Salary hike is not same as what you come to hear about 😉

Biggest pain point is it’s resignation policy as you won’t be able to rejoin this organisation ever once you resign.

Work life balance is high but salary increment is vely low.

... I won't leave this company at all. Its my dream company and loved working here. As salary is a factor so I want to change.

On time salary and flexible working hours.

Poor management in projects, Use of productivity tracking tools(project dependent), lack of collaboration within teams resulting in uninteresting working space.

Depends on account and Manager, how good your relation is with them.

Incase if you get low rating, please forget your whole Variable Pay for whole year. Presently TCS in not considered as work life would be good.

Job security would be one of the top reasons of joining TCS. Work life balance is also good compared to the market.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion process being one of the worst metrics on being a part of the TCS family. If you would like to join TCS, consider it in a phase where you would settle down here with a good package as retirement plan, don't join it early in your career because progressing here will make you old.
