...logistic leader there is no cabin or chair to sit they have to work by standing. Salary was also less for GET but now they increase the salary for GET. The main thing is there is no respect as your boss can shout on you in front of workers and not only your HOD different department HOD also shout on you and also the unit head. It seems like that everyone is in wait for your mistake to get the opportunity to shout on you

Good my teamwork, salary,career growth, innovation.I love my job that is fact and I m part of a team.we work happily in collaboration & I also like company management policy that is my first work place last 12-13 year

The work pressure is too much.sometime I have work 12-18 hours in a day I have handled to all plant maintenance,utility section, vendor,team,calls, meetings etc it's so exciting & much much discussting.i have no more of my family or friends

I joined the company with a great hope that being an MNC export house with a good looking plant as well as shop floor things will be of international standards and of progressive in nature. Nothing was like that.

High job insecurity is there esp.for manager and above level. Interdepartmental cooperation and coordination is highly annoying. It seems each department is working for a separate organization or customer or objective. Pleople work to please only the plant head and the top boss sitting at overseas. Many people are working for years in their departments or capacities at all levels. This has made them arrogant, non cooperative, decline to learn new skills and many more such pathetic attributes. Most of the processes are purely manual. Machineries are more than two decades old with poor maintenance. This has lead high breakdowns every day. Training and competence management system is just for paper work.
