They pay salary on time and also provide overtime and attendance incentive.

Dislikes

career growth chances are very less. In a year many times we have to work on Sunday also. Company hired us for 8 hrs duty but many times in a year we have to work for 12 hrs duty in a day as the extra 4 hrs count as overtime. For overtime it is not choice it is compulsory to do overtime if your boss asks for it. Sometimes it happensthat you have to work for 12 hrs regular for 2-3 months and in these 2-3 months may be you have to work on sunday also. Personal life gets obsolete due to company working hrs policy. For some logistic leader there is no cabin or chair to sit they have to work by standing. Salary was also less for GET but now they increase the salary for GET. The main thing is there is no respect as your boss can shout on you in front of workers and not only your HOD different department HOD also shout on you and also the unit head. I was working in PPC dept. as Logistic Leader. My work is to provide material on time to production by doing some different process in sap and on shop floor.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
