It's the Mindset , every time they are thinking of cost cutting. They don't use Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams...you can understand the label of cost cutting. And CTC and the amount you will receive is different.

Apart from Salary on time and job security, nothing is good here. Especially for freshers

No appraisal, no appreciation, no promotion on time, no fair rating, no Indian holidays, Had to work on Diwali, Chhath,Durga Puja, etc. No release from project. You get stuck in one project forever. No HR support. HR is of no use. Disgusting management. No career growth no financial growth. No exposure.

...rking day and night also the managers are playing tricks and giving lesser band. After getting 5 consecutive 'B' bands and with completing 6 years in IT my salary is now 5.9. This is rediculos.

Apart from getting helpful colleagues I don't like anything about my company. The way you are treating your sincere colleagues and giving donation and blabbering that is not good.

Good company of TATA group. Best job security in IT sector. Also provides best health insurance service to the employees.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are not as good as compares to other peers. And also career growth is very slow and at one point it feels like stagnant.
