Work environment is too good. I started working in TCS as a fresher. TCS gave great job security. Even in COVID pandemics I haven't heard about any job lose scenario. Company Policies are strict which required to manage such big employee force. Overall I like TCS as it's my first company.

Dislikes

Salary growth is not much. Management doesn't address the issue at prompt.

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.

Job Security is best here as well as there is not much work pressure here.

Dislikes

Salary is very less here as compared to market standards. Moreover hike percentage is very low. Average hike is around 4-6% only.
