Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. TCS has provided great infrastructure to grow personally. TCS has many projects which require onsite resources across the globe, which enable one's aspiration to work abroad india.

Dislikes

Few benefits and perks are good but in hand salary is not par with market.

...sion. You keeps working on the old version which does not help u in your growth. The salary hike is very less. 6-7% on getting A band. Forget about promotions.

Apart from health insurance and job security nothing is better.The highest satisfaction factor of a employee is salary which TCS doesn't care about.They have decreased the salary increment given in all promotion almost half . Not at all good for freshers.

Dislikes

Salary is very low..You can't do anything in life if you have joined as a fresher and want to stick to this company forever.

Mainly the compensation and appraisal policiea...yearly appraisal cycle on which even the leads /managers don't give clarity, HR connect & cooperation should be better

I joined TCS as fresher and fortunately landed in Embedded Automotive Services. Every year I had opportunity to learn new standard or explore new technology through various projects. My project had rotation of roles in the team which helped everyone become cross functional. TCS has the best Health Insurance Policy. 100% job security. Overall satisfaction of being associated with the TATA

Dislikes

There are no perks except for HIS benefits. Salary hike is less when compared to others
