Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...s be monotonous, especially in long-term projects, leading to a lack of variety. progression may be slow with promotions and salary hikes often lagging behind industry standards. The hierarchical structure can limit innovation and decision-making speed.

TCS is the best IT company to work, Only one feedback is the pay scale. Joining tcs as a fresher is going to be a big challenge regarding salary. Apart from this everything is just amazing.
