Appraisal and promotions are not that good compare to other companies. Variable pays are also not getting what was committed in Salary. Also right people are not placed on correct job.

Job security, need not be worried about getting projects, elevate wings.

Salary hike, once you complete elevate wings, you will receive incentive (salary will be doubled) until next band appraisal. After band appraisal you will definitely get poor band and incentive will be discontinued. Can't provide free bus pass.

Learning opportunities are there but for that you hv to sacrifice career growth sounds contradictory but they don't raise salary or give promotion instead ask for more useless workp

No appraisals, no work life balance, no salary benefits, no work satisfaction. I would advise freshers not to join TCS as a primary option try in other companies as well before joining. Keep TCS as a last option i.e. like some thing is better than nothing only join when u r confirmed that there is no other option other than TCS.

...everything is worst here whether it is your career growth, learning perspective. Salary, promotion etc. all are worst here.

Everything. Whatever you may think. Everything is worst. It’s not the place to work. But you will learn the basics of politics.
