Zero dislike except salary of its resources who join it in the beginning and give 5 years of their life

TCS literally takes care of everything. Medical insurances , job security, Fairness, office culture, self learning with free access on udemy, linkedin learning and portals.

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisals are terrible. Its okay to join as fresher....but after 2yrs experience salary is almost same. With 5-6% hike per year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge criteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Annual Compensation is not in line with experience and Market standards. Promotions are a long and arduous process and do not happen even after clearing Exams on time.

I like everything about TCS except Salary/Compensation

Dislikes

Salary is too low compared to the market but the main part is TCS doesn't care about it. They will get good people even if they are loosing you. In fact, they always have great talents in their benches.
