...e and more women inclusion. Senior leadership needs more women and more empathy. Salary across is extremely low and this is a problem across BFSI companies. Promotions are very slow and that's demotivating leading to loss of good talent.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

Job security and work life balance. Again, work life balance depends on project to project. But, at the same time, you will be able to change the project over a period of time.

Dislikes

Salary is below average and they don’t believe in making salary upto market standard. As per TCs senior management, TCS is known for job security and not good salary. If you don’t like it here , enjoy somewhere else. If you put down your paper, they will congratulate you 😂

Extreme level of beauricracy , those who can see your performance cannot decide on your compensation or appraisal ratings, lot of unknown people's in critical decision making..

... increases in company . The company thinks you are useless and can be exploited. There is absolutely no one discussing how will employees will match the increase inflation rate comparing to salary .
