The work Environment office building is state of the art in infrastructure, work culture and team building is good, work life balance is very good.

Compensation is extremely poor, career growth is less, non transparent approach in selection for internal promotions.

The tiran that I work for is very open to suggestions and you get 100% control on how you can improve on a requirement. Also, very flexible timings. But, this varies project wise.

Obviously the pay scale is a bit on the lower side and you can grow only so much.

You get really good environment for learning new things.

Salary hikes are not there at all. Like 500 rs added to my per month salary after working for 2 years. Some people may think it's because of my bad performance but i received >100% hike in my next company.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.
