Worst managers,worst culture,worst hikes and promotions Not paying variable pay by showing 85 percent work from home condition such a cheap fellows not paying my salary contributed variable pay

Tcs will provide employees lot of learning opportunities and job security.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very bad. Like in 5 6 years also there will be no significant changes in your salary slip. No bonus or gift cards. No recognition of good work. Internal politics will hamper productivity. And the worst thing now is WFO without fail or else salary will be deducted.

You only get job security over here other than that nothing else is provided to associates.

Dislikes

...date are asked to come forward and take charge, desired onces are kicked away. Senior management enjoys a lot over the money that project earned in profit, they will get holiday package of 3-7 days even for their families, but when it comes to the promotion or appraisal of a hardworking employee (junior) they are under huge losses, they don't have money. It's all like uchi dukan, feekay pakvaan.

...wanted to learn more in less duration) and then u can improve ur skills quickly. It's very good company to settle ( but try to join once u hv a good package.

Something u may not get project as per ur skill set but if you wish then u can work in multiple projects within same account to meet ur expectations.

Good team members with huge knowledge and their friendly nature

Dislikes

1. We cannot balance work life and personal life. 2. Compensation is very less as compared to knowledge and work. 3. Manager's behaviour is very worst in terms of work appreciation.
