... think to join this company even if your selected they will ruin your career .they need only Freshers with low salary to work who never speak and raise questions infront of them, Lot of politics will done from manager levels (from top level to low level). Even after completing 90 days notice period they not let you to relieve, Finally simply waste no comments

Variety of work and people , flexible work hours during non-event days.being able to work virtually.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is bond of two years before which you cannot resign.

Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.

Lot of politics No hike Targeting and torturing One of the worst company I worked. I was not allowed to put I papers down and was let without any support. Worst management and HRs. Never join for the name sake of the company. You life, career and health will be destroyed
