...will give good appraisal and again offer you C band and at last you will resign. Only upper managers are happy and below works as slave else try to make habit to happy in less salary. Very Bad experience! Top management/ HR no-one's will not support you, all take favour of higher management.

They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.

I really like the work culture and support from manager. And they gives us more time to enhance new technology. I have to say one word it's one of the best platform to work-life balance and job security. If they are provide me 50% hike I never ever left the TCS because as per my experience I received very low package and everytime I was felt underpaid.
