...ne that they'll force you to skip your personal work and join calls on weekends. All of this and the pay you get is peanuts. There is no appreciation for the hard work you put in. The compensation is below the 25th percentile for your experience and skill sets. The managers are people managers whose skills are excel, PowerPoint and dirty politics. This company is not for aspiring software developers. Its a big NO for freshers. Its suitable for those who are reaching their retirement age and want a job where they don't do anything except following up and threatening junior support executives. The company excels in false promises, lowest compensation, senior appeasement, bad work culture, assigning irrelevant work and bad work-life balance. Please DO NOT join this company if you want a good and prosperous life else be prepared to be played upon by low skilled, uneducated managers who mostly were the failure students of their times.

There is 100% job security but learning culture is very tricky. You need to keep asking for better from RMG otherwise they will put in some support project. Work life balance is very good. In other words 'Sarkari Naukari'

Pay is not good, TCS is improving in this field by wings program but still not sufficient

You will be learning a lot if you're in Data Science and Big Data Analytics as TCS client base is huge and there are lots of projects

Salary hike is very minimal (4-6%), so in terms of pay growth, it will be really really slow if you continue to work with TCS

TCS is good for freshers and juniors. its running on brand name thats it.

compensation is pathetic. year on year raise in compensation is very horrible. huge variable pay and its not paid above c2 level associates.
