Company policies are great for employee. Every one knows TCS is actually a secure place with respect to your job. Good learning opportunities are provided. Culturally developed organization with excellent values and ethics. Employee oriented in almost 95 percent of the aspects. Provides a very good environment to work.

... is actually a very good company once you come here as an experianced candidate. Then you will get a very good hike in your previous salary. Have to be patient with regards to regular salary hikes and compensations.

...of the best companies you can join. The kind of exposure you get is unmatched. However the only concern is the compensation but when u are just starting out you don't have any option.

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.
