TCS is a good company but it's in passport seva project so the salary is less, there limited growth i.e 2/10, work environment is ok not that good, there is no job security it's on a fixed contract basis.

Comfortable work environment. Teammates are quite good. There is one pantry. Company policies are not good, there salary was limited and growth or promotion are impossible for your career. Only diwali bonus is good nothing else.

Limited salary 10k to 13k max, Only diwali bonus was get 20k. No proper training, education, job, environment. Better than you R&D your professional career and then decided for job. This kind of job is for only those person who very poor and they require something financial help for his/her family.

...fication, Data entry work timing- 8.30/9 to till last applicant work done salary- not good I given 2 star growth- very less growth opportunity Its a good job for work life balance Saturday sunday will be off with Central govt, approved holidays. Employee policy is good pf and esi deducted from salary

I like my all seniors and co-worker's as they always Guide and motivate regarding the tenure. I like company culture and work environment regarding the tenure.

...ing. Job security is 0, career growth is negligible and forget about appraisals. you can't manage normal accommodation in that salary, salary is very less as compare to the work.
