...rables are there. No Promotion even you work 20 hrs and delivering good results. No Hike, Freshers should not consider joining this. Come after 10-12 years of experience and enjoy your life by creating problems to juniors. No specific working days, if you have task you have to work because after this you will be considered for appraisal 😉

No Growth even after working on different technology like c#,python,Autoit, Automation anywhere ,A360, Machine Learning,Azure ,Devops with selenium ,Powershell and postman.

No promotion and salary growth even after delivery 10+ automation within a year

Feeling of job security, big team which allows responsibility distribution, certain amount of flexibility to take leaves, many projects to choose from if released from a project.

1.) Job Security. 2.) Free Access to various learning portal like Udemy, Linkedin etc. 3.) Onsite opportunity to lot of countries. 4.) Relocation to different locations based on project approval.

...able pay mentioned in CTC. 3.) There is no loyal commitments from managers here. They will only give lollipop (like increase in salary or onsite) till the time project is dependent on you. 4.) No scope of salary increase even if you perform very well and client is happy with your work. 5.) There is no scope of promotion even if you are eligible.

...nses are increasing but in tcs salary percentage is not given according to that. What ever increment you get most of the amount is added in variable pay and other, so take home salary will not sufficient. If you got promoted means.your manager will not good band. Role change is very difficult. Mechanical engineering related courses are less.even if you are willing to do some course, your manager may not approve or appreciate.they will ask to concentrate only on delivery. Un ethical approach -if your ask questions or role change means they release you or give low rating.
