Overall experience is nice since you get good learning resources however you cannot apply to that profile since process will not release you, despite getting higher grade your salary is not upto the mark. I would recommend people to join tcs last and do not join prior since your salary is not going to increase. Keep that in mind and do not join tcs early l

...ry hard to get new process for the each employee who doesnt have job currently.. and they also pay you full if even you are not part of any process

Environment is good, teammates are supportive, for learning perspective they have provided online platform. Premisses is too big and awesome. They have big cafetaria, library, sport area.

Salary and increment process can be little better and management should keep transparency.

...ey get good appraisal and the employees who actually works hard gets nothing. Overall if you want to get almost same salary for rest of your career and don't want to learn anything new, please join TCS as they need such employees only.
