...fter 6-7 years people doesn't gets value for the same in terms of other company. This company pay you more if you have joined as a experience person.

Considering that job security doesn't fullfill a lot of things salary becomes a very important factor for all of the employees, the promotion and appraisals for last 4 years has been absolute joke as the increase has been almost zero

It's a reputed company so there's the brand value. 2 days week off gives good work life balance. The most important part is the job security and health insurance benefits.

Dislikes

The annual salary hikes are pathetic. Even when you're getting promoted and getting to a higher grade the salary hike isn't much. This is the major problem that I'm facing here. Also for any internal promotions you don't get a revised compensation. Salary will only get increased when you're getting promoted to a higher grade.

As per as Kolkata's Management is concern they are terrible. I don't know from where these incompetent Managers are choosen and posted in Kolkata. Also, the Business HRs are always foot licking the Operational Manager, they even don't have their back bone.
