Salary and Appraisal is poor and is felt underpaid. Very complicated hierarchical structure. Shrewd management. Favouritism. A work culture of slave mindset that makes you accept that you must work minimum 9hrs and maximum 24hrs if necessary.

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop
