No liking is there ..only they provide time to time salary but not any additional money if you work overtime or on holidays...they don't provide any holidays they will force u to work everyday.

Training in BPS is worst. In process training the trainer left TCS without providing proper knowledge and we trainees have to brutally search for help from other persons and those people used to ignore us purposely. The Team Manager and another female trainer were disgusting main culprit, busy in their own politics. Please don't join here in TCS after your graduation they will make your life hell and no career growth is there. Once you join they will treat you working forced labour no respect. At joining they will show they will provide cab facility, laptop and all but their cab facility are worse. They don't have any respect for freshers. BPS sector is like that. It says will have to work 5 days but actually they will tell u to work on Saturdays and on holidays strictly if you don't attend on holidays they will deduct your attendance holiday sheet.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

Dislikes

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

I likes about the TCS is good work culture, low work pressure, work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn and the most job security.

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.
