Like the way they give opportunity to fresh talent with their global and international clients. It boosts a fresher's confidence and motivates him/her to achieve much more.

Dislikes

The fact that the salary structure is stagnant and hasn't been updated since inception i believe, is very disheartening and demotivating. The company profits and bonus(annual appraisal) distribution is inversely proportional.

Fortunately I was into one of the best project in tcs with most recent tech stack. The main issue is salary in TCS. NO PROMOTIONS NO HIKE. my overall experience was nice and I really miss being a tcser.

Everything is good except for Salary benefits and growth. As pols and favouritism is common everywhere, I wouldn't want to mention that point

Dislikes

No incentives are provided for the extra hours. They give you comp off instead. And appraisal system is also not appearing.

The Tata brand name was the only good thing, which too has now been tarnished.

Dislikes

...a, salary hikes are only in the range of 1-2% but hyped as 7-8% in the media 5. Showing profitability by cutting quarterly payouts on middle management employees in teh name of non-preformance

Likes

Good to invest in company share, gives decent dividend. Not suggested to work here rather invest. Shareholders are first priority to board not employees.
