...oing the same SOP repeatedly . 3.Toxic work culture depending on projects. 4.Very low low salary ., after 5 years you will be earning < 40k per month . Which is way below the industry standards . 5.No Transparency while allocation of projects , promotions , on site opportunities…. Etc

Company serves distinctive clients under different domains and geography, have the choice of choice of domain but once we get into then difficult to move away!

Salary perks are the lowest in the industry

Only job security is available and that too if you are in some decent good project under capable account manager.

Dislikes

No Promotions, No Salary Hikes, No proper recognitions and Middle Management and Heads were behaving worst day by day to secure their jobs. Managers hiding facts without passing messages to higher management but it can’t be hold for long.

I have great privilege working good Team members and tcs management is good in terms of supporting emergency situation.

Salary structure for experience person are also very poor, I think they should think about it.
