Salary credited is much more lesser than what is written in the Offer letter. Most part of the salary is variable pay and you will be getting 7 to 35 % if your job hand is C3 and above.

If ur coming from BA conversation it is very bad luck actually they wont hike only same package they will select how this ghadtiya system in TCS I really don't know before. Really sad for me.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
