You will sped 8 years or more if you are in mid senior level (asoc) Salary component includes variables but you will get 20-35% of it only Increments (2-3%) will be only on paper. Your salary will never increase in hand. If you are getting 1L increment then be rest assured that 40 k will be on fixed and 60k on qva which you will never get in full. They will pay you less than 40% whatever efforts you put in. Onsite opportunities have reduced.
