On-time Payment, Job Security Good for Non-technical people who don't want to work anymore. If you join the organization then join only after you have a decent package. as they will not give a good hike.

...their career with TCS think that the Organization is their father's property. 2. Salary is too low as per market standard. 3. Promotion not on time even though you are a high performer. Managers will promote those associates who are still on one account wrt whether they are working or not. 4. If you have the H1-B, they will spoil it. 5. If you are highly skilled then it's easy to figure out a new job rather than move out of the organization. 6. HR and RMG people are wasteless. They don't care about employees. They only follow GL steps. 7. Appraiser is just for name. 8. If you put papers, managers will give fake commitment and will not help you after taking the papers back. 9. They don't care about your aspirations whatever the project they will allocate you. You have to work on it. Even though you are a satisfied advanced developer. 10. Managers are worst here, they think that I am Ratan TATA and that the company is my family business. 11. They will listen to your problems only when you put the papers sometimes they won't.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great
