I work in TCS for about 12 years. I am very much happy with my work, medical benefits, employee care etc. Thank you TCS for giving me the opportunity to work here and I will continue to give my contribution to the organization.

Opportunities to learn and truly contribute to client delight, personal and professional satisfaction. Work is very rewarding in that sense (not always monetary side). Job security is quite good.

Dislikes

...e and more women inclusion. Senior leadership needs more women and more empathy. Salary across is extremely low and this is a problem across BFSI companies. Promotions are very slow and that's demotivating leading to loss of good talent.
