Politics, I mean politics is every were, but still considering the lottery for onsite opportunity is not fair

Job security, work life balance as per the project, worked on cloud computing,great learning.

Silence salary growth, poor career growth ,just follow tcs protocol, all seems good if you do any violation that very moment you disconnected.

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

You don't get paid as per work or designation. No work life balance. Only expected to work round the clock. No benifit like bonus etc.

It has low work load due to enough support staff and job is secure as TCS will never ask to leave unless there is a major policy violation.

Dislikes

...ment is near impossible. Promotion will be heard rarely. Lots of hidden charges. And the most important, you will never get salary given in offer letter, it will be short by around atleast 2 LPA or more than that only.
