...e, gratuity all part of CTC.. Insurance premium getting increased year by year.. salary structure not good.. %increment doesn't even cover inflation.. long hours of work in BPS.. Lots of politics.. No-rehire policy..

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great
