That being said, like any dynamic and fast-paced organization, there are times when project deadlines or client needs may require stretching working hours . How ever these occasions are balance with ample support from leadership and the team , and the company ensures we have the necessary resources and flexibility to mange these demands effectively.

Working here has been rewarding experience, with plenty of opportunity to grow professionally. The team dynamics are great, and I've learned so much collaborating with small teams to meet tight deadlines. I've also had the chance to work with higher managers, which has helped me better understand the clients needs.

Honestly one of the best consulting firms in taxation where I worked. Got good exposure on critical tax issues. Nice support by the partner. Initially it was tough but if you have the ability to take the challenges then its a pretty great place to work. I quite enjoyed my time there and its team members as a manager im wuite proud of how they developed. Additionally loved the weekly trainings held by the partners, To conclude definitely would recommend working here.

Nothing tbh maybe the timings at first but theyve definitely allowed me to grow as a person and a employee as a whole

Great company to start your career! You gain real consulting experience right from day one, which is not common in many places. The managers are highly supportive, and the learning curve is steep but rewarding. It's a great places for freshers to build their career.

It's amazing firm, especially for those just starting theire careers. The guidance from managers is excellent , and the exposure to different industries including pharma, gives you great insight into real-world consulting process.
