There is nothing what you can like in this company. I was hired for US Market research and than after joining asked to do Sales. I had no background for NVOCC sales so i wad asked to leave for not performing.....they screwed my career. I left Maersk for this company.

Office location which was very near from Railway Station & all Saturday-Sundays off.

Dislikes

There is too much politics inside & management always backs old staff without knowing the truth. There is no growth for New employees because old employee try to dominate unethically & even can be terminated at any time without any warning (memo).

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
