...on employees with very different salaries.promotions or appraisals are not good. Company gives new employees better packages,but old loyal employees are getting half salary even if they have much greater experience

Don't expect any meaningful appraisal. Company will keep hiring freshers at higher salary than yours just to irritate and tease you meanwhile you train those freshers

I like wfh facility in TTL, you can ealisy maintain work life balance here in TTL. Senior manager always helps to push you for your best outcome. Loves to work here.

You have to work on client site and follow the client rules. As a individual I came here with lots of expectations but it is ok to have get paid on time and go home . Didn't expect much more from the organisation.

Unnecessary hiring freshers & experience, even internal employee are on bench. No Job sequrity. No salary hike No project Internal politics.
