work is easy if you know the system. Highest level of work satisfaction as you can interact with direct beneficiaries

...6 years in the organization. they just keep on increasing your responsibilities. you pretty much remain on the same salary bracket on which you have joined. too much office politics.

Absolutely nothing

Dislikes

Everything.. there's no salary hike. Continuous pressure of work. No appreciation. Management doesn't understands their employees. You need to work overtime at many occasions. There is always tons of workload on your shoulder and it doesn't stop at all. Seniors are uncooperative and you need to do marketing as well as training both at the same time.

The Tata benefits ( to some extent) Office in a heritage building

Dislikes

1. The leadership team has no vision 2. A lot of favouritism in the organisation, which is used extensively to take promotion and hike in salary 3. No job security, if there are no projects available, they look for reasons to sack people 4. No permanent place to sit 5. Sometimes they target people and engage in fault finding 6. Upon joining, you get used laptops which do not work. 7. When as an employee you require any software or hardware, you yourself have to follow up with various stakeholders. No help will be provided by your reporting manager. 8. Lastly and most importantly, the salary too low as per the market standards.
